Staff at Busikids

We are very proud of our strong staff team here at Busikids, the average length of employment of our twenty three full time and part time staff is four years,  some people have been with us since we opened in 1997.

The team is made up with people varying in ages, from teenagers to grandparents.

We actively encourage training for all team members and also engage trainees and students at times to help further the profession of Nursery workers.

Qualifications of the staff here at Busikids range from NVQ's and NNEB’s to a life’s experience of caring for children.
